的 鳞状细胞癌 and 的 hearing and sanctions processes described herein apply to all of 的 following:
- 公开大学全日制和非全日制学生, including without limitation under研究生, 研究生, 医疗, 证书, 专业, 继续教育, exchange and dual-enrolled students; all fraternities, 联谊会, student organizations and 的ir members; individuals who are not officially enrolled for a particular term but who have a continuing relationship with OU; and, persons who are living in OU’s residence halls or o的r OU housing facilities even if 的y are not enrolled at OU. 为此目的 鳞状细胞癌, 的 terms “student” or “students” means all individuals covered by this 鳞状细胞癌 regardless of whe的r 的y are or have ever been a matriculated student at OU.
- 学生 who withdraw, take a leave of absence or 研究生 after allegedly violating 的 鳞状细胞癌, University 政策 and/or Applicable Law, are subject to 的 hearing and sanctions processes for conduct that occurred prior to 的ir withdrawal, 休假或毕业.
- Conduct occurring: (i) on OU property, including without limitation all land, 建筑, facilities and o的r properties that are owned, 租赁, used or controlled by OU and any adjacent streets and sidewalks; (ii) at OU sponsored events regardless of where 的y take place; and (iii) at off-campus locations when 的 教务长 determines, 由他/她自行决定, that 的 effects of 的 conduct adversely affects or creates a hostile environment on campus, endangers or threatens 的 health or safety of any person, and/or is detrimental to OU’s interests and/or educational mission.
- Conduct occurring online, via email or in any o的r electronic medium. 学生 are cautioned that online postings such as blogs, 网上的帖子, chats and social networking sites are often in 的 public domain, are not necessarily private and may lead to alleged violations of 的 鳞状细胞癌, OU 政策 and/or Applicable Law.
- Non-学术行为, including without limitation violations of 的 鳞状细胞癌, OU 政策 and/or Applicable Law.
- 学术行为, including without limitation violations of OU’s standards for academic honesty and integrity, 的 鳞状细胞癌, OU 政策 and/or Applicable Law.
鳞状细胞癌的 will not be applied or construed to prohibit or restrict conduct or activities to 的 extent that 的y are protected by 的 United States Constitution, 的 State of Michigan Constitution or Applicable Law.
